Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Beach Tennis gear as much as we do. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.

1. Return Window
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If 15 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in "Like-New" condition. This means:
* Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
* Free of any marks, sand, scratches, odors, or sweat.
* All original tags, labels, and protective plastic (on paddle handles) must be attached.
* In the original packaging, where applicable.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@idobeachtennis.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

* If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
* Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless strictly instructed by our team.

4. Return Shipping Costs
* Defective or Wrong Item: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
* Change of Mind / Wrong Size Ordered: If you are returning an item due to personal preference, fit issues, or change of mind, you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
* Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

6. Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to grant only a partial refund (or refuse the return) if:
* The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* The item has obvious signs of use (e.g., ball marks on paddles, sand in bags/shoes).
* The return is initiated more than 15 days after delivery.

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
* Gift cards.
* Final Sale / Clearance items.
* Apparel that has been washed or worn.
* Digital products or event registrations (unless otherwise specified on the event page).

8. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

9. Damaged upon Arrival
Please inspect your order immediately (max 24 h after delivered) upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
